Awesome Frank ...I seen PT with Ronnie Montrose around 1990, with Rick Derringer around 2007, opening for AC/DC in 79, & opening for Aerosmith in 1981 and he was great every time. I'll be picking up the new one this Saturday as Record Theatre in my area has 20 % off total purchase before noon on Saturdays and yes they always have a huge variety of PT. Enjoy seeing PT! I have to visit that store some time!!!

Wow! That is great news that Pat Travers has a new album out. Pat never stops pumping out albums which is a great thing. I bought his last album "Can Do" and that was a good cd. I also picked up Live at the Bamboo Room which is a great live one with a great version of Statesboro Blues. I'll get the new one as PT has always been one of my favorites & I listen to him at least a couple of times a month.I love the Priest remaster & wish more bands like Kiss would put out a remaster with a concert disc Bucky make sure you get the new Pat Travers. It reminds me a lot of Crash & Burn. I'm finally gonna get to see him Aug 7th

I've not even heard of that Pat Travers one. Dang... The Pat Travers album sounds like it was recorded during the Heat In The Street era. Love it

Very cool story. Amazing how we found out about bands. Now it's easy. The 70's & 80's were a magical time for finding out about new bands.

I like Blue Oyster Cult, but I always seem to fizzle out with them. Saw them in concert in 1994 and they were awesome! Bought some greatest hits and live cassettes of them, then fizzled out. Several years ago I got on a kick with them again, bought "Fire Of Unknown Origins" and loved it, but again fizzled out. What should I get by them so I don't fizzle out yet a third time? Some Enchanted Evening is a live classic Studio albums? Mirrors Specters

As a young bass player I was majorly influenced by The Mighty Blue Oyster Cult. My first band played Godzilla & Astronomy. So I always have had soft spot these guys and their thinking mans heavy metal. And their an excellent band to listen to at 420 time. Te hee
