I adore prog music all together for how eclectic & diverse the genre can be!! But out of that list I had to go with Jethro Tull. I love all of Jethro Tull's discography. In my opinion King Crimson isn't to far behind Jethro Tull.

Blood Ceremony is a female fronted Doom Metal band from Canada. In my opinion they sound like what you might hear if Black Sabbath & Jethro Tull jammed together with a hint here & there of John Evan's organ playing in Deep Purple. The production of their music creates a warm 70's analog atmosphere.
This is a track called Oliver Haddo off of their Living With the Ancients album!! This track is about Aleister Crowley & the title comes from a pin name he used at one times

WOW some one else besides me who know about them. I do love their stripped down analog sound. Magnus Pelander is a cool guy. I've been following his work since 1996 back when he was in Norrsken.

She is pretty hot!! But beyond her looks she's righteous on the guitar.
One of my friends was telling me how girls can't shred. I told him to grab his guitar then I played him a song from Orianthi & then asked him to try an play her solo. He was like a deer caught in headlights.

Here are some my main go to when I download most of my music. I use this site a lot. They're are good at checking for any nasty bugs. warez-bbThese can be quicker when searching. When you're searching type in the band name or album and then type in megaupload, rapidshare, mediafire or hotfile after it.

Firebird is a British blues-rock power trio founded by vocalist/guitarist Bill Steer in 1999. Bill Steer formed Firebird after the demise of Carcass. Bill Steer Bill Steer's playing is the difference between night and day from his work in Carcass. With Firebird you have a cool mixture of gritty blues, stoner rock and southern rock. The music style, reminiscent of seventies rock bands such as Cream, is a radical departure from Steer's previous work with grindcore pioneers Napalm Death and death metal band Carcass. Where Carcass was all about twisted grindcore riffs and blastbeats. Firebird's music is more about creating a solid melody between guitar, bass and drums. If you like soulful vocals and old school blues solos Firebird is the shit. This isn't your standard blues rock. Firebird's sound is blues rock with down tuned stoner rock thump.
Discography: Firebird Full-length (2000 Rise Above Records) Deluxe CD/LP (2001 Music for Nations) No. 3 CD/LP (2003 Steamhammer Records) Hot Wings CD/LP (2006 Rise Above Records) Grand Union CD/LP (2009 Rise Above Records)
