This one is for Pete and his neices... www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2011/03/04/lady-gaga-toronto-aragon.htmlI know Pete is a great contributor of any, and all music. The man knows his stuff and appreciates all genres...AND, is one that keeps people such as myself in line...when I get "out of line" when it comes to the popularity of said music. Ergo, I post the above site, not only for Pete, but for the rest of us here. Lady Gaga took a chance on a singer that she was turned on to via YouTube...to the point of asking the 10 year old from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.......to join her...not only once, but twice during her recent Toronto venue. Y'know what...?...I think that I like Lady Gaga a lot... Not just because of her music, (which as a closet fan, I just might be okay with), but because she's a great person for doing what she did...regardless of who it was, and where she was from. I can now understand why my wife likes Lady Gaga. I know.......I know.........I'm straying from the heard here........ahhhhh well, Pete and Jesse will reign me back in................. hahahaha. Thanks Kim

She is very supportive of gay rights and would probably take that as a compliment. Her video for Alejandro was very homoerotic and I'm quite certain she was going for gay.

Thanks Kim Ha! my nieces do like her a lot and even a nephew but that's another subject. I think she has some talent and she even writes a lot of her own stuff but she's basically Madonna cranked up a notch or two hundred. Madonna would change her style every couple of months but gaga reinvents herself every other week. ...and she is very supportive and consistently acknowledges her fans or as she calls them her little monsters.

The world is always in need of one "Lady Gaga" every generation. At least she's in on the joke and doesn't take herself so serious the way Madonna did.

Her music is trash. But one man's trash is another man's treasure. I've seen her interviewed a few times and I DO like her. She's a good artist. She's constantly going for something fresh. She has nurtured herself to be a "force to be reckoned with" with all that fan loyalty. ...Hey! Just like the Kiss Army. HAAAAAAAAA!
