OZZY On Other BLACK SABBATH Members: 'I Have Nothing But Love And Praise For Those Guys'
Ozzy Osbourne recently spoke to The Star-Ledger about his participation in this summer's Ozzfest after announcing last year that he'd be retiring from his namesake tour.
"For the last few years," says Osbourne, 57, "I'd do a show, and my voice would blow out, and I'm going, 'This is f------ crazy.' So at the end of the day, I went to my throat doctor. I said, 'What's wrong with me?' He said, 'Nothing.' And I'm going, 'Well, something's got to be wrong.' So, to make a long story short, I went to this doctor who put me on antidepressants. And it's worked.
"It makes sense, that (your voice suffers) if you're wound up and thinking crazy thoughts, or you're depressed."
On whether BLACK SABBATH will ever reunite, Osbourne said, "I'll never say never again. But saying that, when we first came out (with a BLACK SABBATH reunion), the excitement was huge. Then we brought them back again, and brought them back again, and brought them back again, and people said, 'Oh f- - -, it's BLACK SABBATH again.'
"I have nothing but love and praise for those guys. I think the (time of) slagging each other off is long gone, which I'm glad about, and I wish them all well. And, if (wife-manager) Sharon (Osbourne) says, 'We've got a gig here, and they want SABBATH' ... I suppose I'll do it."

Remember back in the good old days when Ozzy had some f*ckin' BALLS...

Sounds like Ozzy's been drinking again... You know...over the last few years, I have come to understand Ozzy a bit more. If I was married to a c*nt from hell like he is, I'd have done (and do) a lot of drinking and drugs, too. How could you NOT?

Sounds like Ozzy's been drinking again... You know...over the last few years, I have come to understand Ozzy a bit more. If I was married to a c*nt from hell like he is, I'd have done (and do) a lot of drinking and drugs, too. How could you NOT? Good point Scott and I have to agree. To me, it appears that Ozzy has been the biggest one to blame for his own self destruction...BUT!...on the other hand, it's not like he's had many reeeeally caring people around him to not only protect him from himself and those that would otherwise wish to use him. Woulda been handy in Ozzy's case if he actually had somebody that cared to the point of getting the man some serious help many years ago. Instead, they simply used his vices and weaknesses to create and cash in big time for example on a reality show based on "a day in the life". Sad to see as well that any loving spouse and offspring should have been too embarassed and hurt to see their lives thrown out to the public all in the name of the almighty dollar. I have to hand it to the one daughter for not wanting any part of it...apparently the good "sensible" genes may well have been deposited in one person in this case? Yeah...it appears that Sharon is quite protective of her "golden goose" alright and yet doesn't give a shit whether the goose buys the farm tomorrow or not...she'll still have the legacy and for sure, some "lost music" and quite possibly some hysterical outakes and lost episodes to cash in on for years to come. That'd be like the average "joe" such as myself in giving exclusive rights to make a so called reality show based on the life and times of granny going through the stages of Alzheimers disease until her demise...how nice. Actually, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see this sort of premise coming up soon on one of the networks in the near future...because even these corporate leeches and bloodsuckers are running out of ideas for entertainment ideas and are sure to find someone willing enough to expose themselves for the right price...pathetic... Thanks Kim
