How about Red Rider's "Lunatic Fringe"? They kinda go hand in hand.

How about Red Rider's "Lunatic Fringe"? They kinda go hand in hand. I know you're out there... Another good song. It's the only one I've heard of from them. Tom Cochrane the lead vocalist when on to do "Life Is A Highway"

In reference to "children Of THe Sun".....I could never stand that song....He sounded like a lame version of Steve Perry and I just thought that song was a stupid and annoying 3rd rate attempt at concept rock. I recently heard some of the rest of that album on XM radio....I think it was Deep Tracks, and it was more of the same pointless drivel.
The Red Rider song I liked...loved the David Gilmour sounding slide solo in that....

Never made the Journey correlation. For a long while I couldn't get enough of that "Children Of The Sun" album. But, I never heard it until around 2001. after years of hearing the same damn songs over and over on Classic Rock radio, at work one day someone was playing this CD and it sounded very fresh to my ears at the time. I still enjoy it from time to time.
