Just a thought, but with some of the upcoming tours...you are usually in for a treat regarding up and coming bands backing up the stalwarts for the most part. I think that's great but if you had the chance to see 2 of your favourite groups back to back on the same ticket...which ones would it be?...2 headliners in one show if you will. Forget about promotions...money...noteriety...and all that stuff... Combine 2 of your favourite groups. Keep in mind of course that it wouldn't make much sense to see Shania Twain and AC/DC together, so let's try and keep it real to a degree. I'll start it off by saying that if I were a man of any monetary value...I would love to have made it down to OZ to catch Deep Purple and Status Quo for their combined gigs they performed on that continent. New bands certainly accepted of course. Why? because it makes perfect sense that some of the new bands of today will be the headliners of tomorrow...so go for it! Thanks Kim

I would like to see David Gilmour & Roger Waters Co-Headline a tour, then maybe for an encore they could invite a couple of old friends to the stage and play a third set.

Steppenwolf and Cream once played together back in 1968 so that combo would probably do it for me today.

Mine would be Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band and Neil Young & Crazy Horse on the same bill, with slightly shortened sets, then a set with Neil and Bruce switching bands and then doing some stuff together.

I already had my dream duo last week when I saw Molly Hatchet and Blackfoot. I actually don't like duel headlining shows, because the bands usually have to shorten their set to make room for each other. I prefer "An evening with...." shows.

I was thinking the same thing. Since the topic is "Dream Concert" I think that if Roger Waters performed "Amused To Death" in it's entirety to open for Pink Floyd would be my ultimate dream concert. Another cool one with newer bands Co-headliners Silvertide/American Minor with The Muggs opening.
