Instead of putting forth one album, I tried to list a few from various albums over their illustrious career.
That lil ole band from Texas sure has done some fine stuff over the years haven't they?
For what it's worth, over the last while, for some strange reason I have been really stuck on the track "Thug"...don't know why and I don't care...all I know is I think it's a great tune.
Thanks Kim

I'm glad you didn't have Brown Sugar on here or I wouldn't have been able to decide between that and Jesus Just Left Chicago. Since Brown Sugar wasn't on here I chose Jesus. Head's In Mississippi is one of my favorite later tracks by ZZ Top.

Was never a big ZZ Top fan, but I loved The Moving Sidewalks. Now there was a band!

Why is Give It Up on here twice? uhmm...for convenience...I did that in case you reeeally liked the song and just in case you missed it the first time on the list...you'd uhmm...see it again further on down...and could choose it there...rather than have to scroll alllllll the way back to the top... Actually Pete it's listed twice because I truly am a certified idiot and don't pay attention all that much regarding most things in life, rock polls included. Actually, I think I prefer reason #1...yeah...go with that one ;D Thanks Kim

Love all the 70's ZZ Top (no songs from "Tejas?"). "Master of Sparks" gets my vote here just because its so atmospheric, one of the great unheralded ZZ Top songs, along with a half of dozen from "Tejas."

I do apologize Jim, I just went with the albums I had in hand at the time. Unfortunately "Tejas" was not one of them. One I should look into picking up though. Thanks for making mention of that album though. Thanks Kim
