Director M. Night Shyamalan, best known for his hit suspense thrillers Sixth Sense and Signs, will begin shooting scenes for his new film featuring Silvertide performing Bob Dylan’s song Maggie’s Farm. The Silvertide scenes are scheduled to be shot Monday – Thursday. The Warner Brothers movie, set for release sometime in 2006 is titled Lady In The Water. www.imdb.com/title/tt0452637/ The scenes that include the band will be shot in a way so that the scenes cut in and out of SILVERTIDE’S musical performance as the movie progresses along. There may even be a few minor speaking roles for a couple of the band members. We will hope that the editor is generous when the time comes to splice the scenes into final form and includes everything Silvertide. The song the band will be performing in this motion picture, Maggie’s Farm by Bob Dylan. Silvertide was given the freedom to mold this tune into something appropriate for their sound ... In other Silvertide news; they will be releasing their third single "Devil's Daughter" in mid- October. Silvertide's first single "Aint Comin' Home" went to #6 on the rock charts and their second single "Blue Jeans" to #12.

I almost hate to say this... But they'd be better off releasing California Rain as a single even though I like Devil's Daughter better.

One of their best songs is the cover they did for Behind Blue Eyes. It's ashame that it didn't make it on the album. Hopefully they will include it on a future album. It's a VERY slow song, but it's good.

Devil's Daughter, Aint Comin' Home and California Rain are my 3 favorites off the album. Live Devil's Daughter and Aint Comin' Home are insane. Walt and Nick go nuts during these songs especially Aint Comin' Home.
