One of the most popular live acts in rock music history has announced that by popular demand, they will play 21+ summer concerts in North American cities that they were unable to get to on last years big return tour. The BOSTON tour will again reunite guitarist, producer and songwriter Tom Scholz with original lead singer Brad Delp and will commence on July 13th at the Civic Center in Glens Falls, NY. The high energy show will feature material from all of the Boston records, including the latest release, CORPORATE AMERICA. In addition to Brad Delp (vocals, guitar), Tom Scholz (guitar, keyboards, vocals) will be joined by newest band members Kimberley Dahme (bass, vocals), and Anthony Cosmo (guitar, backing vocals), both of whom contribute to the band as songwriters. Fran Cosmo (vocals, guitar), Gary Pihl (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals); and Jeff Neal (drums, vocals), complete the lineup.
Since the last tour, Boston had the honor of performing the National Anthem (in three degree weather) for their home football team, Superbowl winners, the New England Patriots. Since then, the group, who is rich with songwriting talent, has been working in the studio with Tom Scholz.
To this day, BOSTON still holds sales records for its debut album, which sold over 18 million copies in the U.S. and Canada. They pioneered the art of recording a major release in a homebuilt studio, and are the only band in history to have recorded consecutive multi-platinum albums in their basement. Despite the fact that BOSTON has never made a music video or performed on television, their endurance as one of the most in-demand concert groups is a genuine tribute to the number of hit songs and the dynamic and compelling shows they put on. This is particularly evidenced by some of the large venues that they are scheduled to play.

In the summer of 2003, Boston headlined some of the most prestigious venues in North America with their latest and current lineup. The success of the tour was noted in the industry trade Pollstar which cited Boston as one of the Top 100 touring acts of the year.
Boston had the honor of performing the National Anthem for this year’s Superbowl champions, The New England Patriots. Fans who have followed BOSTON over the years know that the group rarely tours in two consecutive years. This summer is an exception. By overwhelming demand, Tom Scholz has agreed to accept dates for this summer in the United States and Canada and will visit cities they did not play last year.
