Ronnie Wood (the Faces) - I've Got my Own Album to do Rod Stewart ( the Faces) - Every Picture tells a Story Mick Jagger (Stones) - She's the Boss Keith Richards (Stones) - Talk is Cheap Paul Stanley ( Kiss) - Live to Win Pete Townshend & Ronnie Lane (the Who & the Faces) - Rough Mix
I don't know if they count but the 4 Kiss solo albums that came out in 1978 would be at the top of my list

I was thinking of including solo-artist albums in my list. If I did, it woulda looked a lot different.

You know, after I posted I started thinking that you probably just meant bands but I seen side projects & I started looking at solo releases as side projects & wrote my favs.
Hmm...would Black Country Communion be a side project?

UNION's 2 studio albums, "Union" and "The Blue Room".
Union is/was Bruce Kulick (ex-KISS) and John Corabi (ex-Motley Crue).
