Caught the "raincheck" make-up show last night in Sacramento. Got lucky and got to use a leftover ticket.
This was a massive dose of Led Zeppelin. And not just the "regular Led Zep set" you'd expect... Holy flippen' bee-geezus.
'ears are a ringin'...!!!
More to come

Bare bones review:
The show had no warm up act. They played for a tad more than two hours. Jason had commentary and anecdotes about his Dad, Grandmother and "the band" to segue between songs. This was accompanied with home movie segments shown on a video backdrop. The excerpts had artful graphic treatments. Small portions of the films were recognizable from "The Song Remains the Same". Much of the video stuff was pretty rare. Some contained old footage of the Bonham family when John was a lad. The oratory and films made the concert remarkably personal. We were told that the band was a fan of the Led Zeppelin foremost. The set list wouldn't be for the "casual" fan, and not to expect the usual "radio hits". He thanked the the entire U.S.A. for making Led Zeppelin a success then added England and Europe weren't all that keen on them.
On stage was Jason the Drummer, A guy named, Tony on lead guitar. Also there was a bass guitarist and another dude that played a pile of different stringed instruments (including a lap-slide guitar) he also played keyboards. Harmonica was played on a few songs by yet another person. The singer looked like Mr. Clean dressed in black. His voice was amazing!
Highlights: The video went to a split screen showing John playing Moby Dick on one side then the other side showed Jason as he played in synchronicity with the archive footage. Slick as snot. Cool songs... What is and What Should Never Be (the stage was rushed for that one) In the Light Lemon Song Cashmere (green bud smell took the place over when that one started) The Ocean
Totally Sold-Out show. Super cool folks in the crowd. Many parents and their kids (older teenagers) and some old folks with their adult kids. The sound quality was excellent. It was super-fun. The enthusiasm for Led Zeppelin music permeated everything and everybody that night.
