Given the triumphant return of '80's metal, it was only a matter of time before more staples came out of hiding.
Warrant have announced that they began recording a new album on Friday with producer/engineer Pat Regan (Kiss, Mr. Big). The band hopes to release the album in the summer and then tour later this year. Good news for Warrant fans hoping to hear another "Cherry Pie."
Yes, but what about the rest of us?
The band says on its Web site that the album will have "the classic hard rockin' Warrant sound that we all want to hear."

I saw them with Great White and IMO they weren't very good. They where the headliner and about 25% of the crowd left after Great White. I've always kind of liked White Lion.
