Interesting to note that "Carole Pope" and "Rough Trade" are

Heart fans were lined up outside Northgate Shopping Centre for more than five hours before tickets went on sale Saturday, according to Jacques Begin.
The co-chairman of the Mattawa Voyageur Days Festival said more than 1,000 wristbands were sold in one day for the Rock For the Cure concert.
This went very well and we're pleased," he said Sunday morning.
This is a huge concert. There were a number of fans lining up for tickets, as well as fans selling them."
Begin said the first people in line arrived at the mall before 4:30 a.m.
We didn't start selling until 9 a.m., but when we arrived there must have been about 75 to 100 people waiting for the doors to open," he said.
Fans were saying that they couldn't believe Heart was coming to the area. Some said it was a great idea for a great cause."
The Mattawa Voyageur Days committee decided to donate July 22, the Thursday before the annual Voyageur Days, to the Canadian Cancer Society.
A separate ticket apart from the Mattawa Voyageur Days weekend wristband is being sold for $20 for the Heart concert. All profits will go to the charity to be used for research and support its transportation and peer support program.
We had one person buy two tickets and then added a $20 donation onto his bill," Begin said.
He said the committee had no idea what they were getting themselves into.
We didn't know if there would be nobody at the door or lots of people, but what we do know is that these opportunities don't come around too often."
Begin credits the good partnership the committee has with communities like London and Iroquois Falls where they can tap into a high calibre of talent and keep ticket sales affordable.
He said the committee needs to regroup and decide the location of where they want to continue selling tickets in North Bay.
Time is also running out for wristbands to Mattawa Voyageur Days.
Begin said there are about 500 left.
The July 23 to 25 festival includes performances by Honeymoon Suite, Haywire, Rough Trade, Peter Frampton and Tom Cochrane and Red Rider.
Advance tickets are $35 and if there are any left after July 16 the cost increases to $40.
