Posting online images

I just noticed that in my attempt to post pics taken
from Google's image library, no longer appears to work?

Up until recently, you could go in to Google, find an image,
click on properties and copy the jpeg url, then paste it
here onto the thread that you were posting...

I tried a number of different images and none seem to
work? Has something changed here, or in the way in which
images can be inserted into messages on the board?

I realize that personal images need to be uploaded to a
hosting site, but up until now, I was able to insert commercial
images from the likes of Google by using the process listed above.

Anyone have info on this?

From Google images. Maybe the site you posting from had a block.

Yeah, that's what I thought too Speedy, but I went to about
half a dozen sites to post a pic of Katrina & The Waves and
all I got was the embedded link for each one...no image?

I'll keep trying.
