As overplayed as they are, "We're An American Band" and "Closer To Home" are just friggin' great. "Heartbreaker" ain't far behind though.

Black Licorice We're an American Band High on a Horse Mr. Limousine Driver Queen Bee Gimme Shelter(I really like their cover of this!) Foot Stompin' Music Closer to Your Home
& I like their AM Radio hits like "Bad Time", "Locomotion", & "Some Kind of Wonderful"(which this song still has people running to the dance floor)

Into the Sun is by far my favorite. I love the first six albums, I'm not really a fan of the Don Brewer dominated albums.

The bands take on "Locomotion" was the best in my opinion and performed it the way the song should have been done in the first place. Probably one only 2 or 3 remakes that I can think of that were handled properly!
As far as "We're An American Band" goes...what can I say?... classic GFR all the way! Classic cowbell to boot!!!!!!!!!

I'm not too familiar with them, but hearing Badlands' live cover of Aimless Lady really caught my attention. Should I start with a Greatest Hits record first?
