I always hated Miami Vice...I could never get through a whole episode. Its close between Hunter and Fall Guy (he was a bounty hunter, not a Private eye or cop, but who cares)... I gotta go with Hunter.

I went with "Simon and Simon" Although I was never big into the whole private eye thing, I thought that the 2 brothers being portrayed in the show, played off of each other in an interesting way. It seemed to be a bit of a break from the focus on the one individual that seemed to solve the case each and every week. They each seemed to be given their dues on being able to solve the case on their own terms in certain situations...alternating from week to week, episode to episode. The commraderie and light hearted take on the duo as brothers, seemed a little bit more down to earth on some of the situations that they got themselves into. I also liked the fact that they both appeared to have some acting abilities, compared to some of their predecessors of earlier P.I. type tv series. I have to add that it's apparent that someone like Gerald McRaney has continued to prove himself over the years as a decent and acceptable performer and further proof of this is his character in the now defunct HBO Deadwood series. For what it's worth, I did enjoy some of the Miami Vice episodes, because of Michael Mann's take on how to produce an otherwise mediocre scenario and turn it into a half decent series that included some pretty good story lines, combined with cameo appearances of celebrities of the day...forcing them to showcase their natural, albeit somewhat limited acting skills... Hey, Spacel0rd...are you going to try and catch the new one coming up next week with Patrick Swayze?..."The Beast" This one looks good. I caught the interview the other night that he had with B. Walters, it was quite insightfull and although the man is fighting the battle of his life right now with pancreatic cancer, he appears to have something to say with the new series about to premiere and is trying to dismiss the fact that he's got the fight of his life on his hands... Seeing some of the clips, I'm thinking this is the one to watch in 09'!!!...and I'm hoping for all the best for Swayze!!! Thanks Kim

Hey, Spacel0rd...are you going to try and catch the new one coming up next week with Patrick Swayze?..."The Beast" Thanks Kim Na. I dont watch these kinda shows now-a-days. When i was young i thought they were cool. And now, years later, they have a 80s charm to them. The only shows i watch are: Lost The Office Heroes Breaking Bad I watch too many Pens games (even tho they suck this year) to have time for TV shows...and i dont have a Tivo.

I went with Hunter. I loved that show. I hated Miami Vice because I don't care for Don Johnson or the fashion. I live in Florida when it was big. Every other person dressed like they were on that show. My all time favorite was from the 70's Starsky and Hutch.

I voted "Fall Guy"...I mean c'mon it had Heather Thomas. Need I say more? Besides The Six Million Dollar man was a Bad-Ass.

I am a fan of ever single one of those shows on the list and watched them all just about every week.
I had to go with Miami Vice. That show was pretty cutting edge and ahead of its time. It also had very good acting and the story lines were well written.
