Silvertide will be the featured guests on the first half of Rockline's nationally syndicated radio show airing January 17th. The live show begins at 8:30pm PT / 11:30pm ET - and fans are encouraged to call in with questions during the program at (800) 344-ROCK (7625). To find a station near you check out www.rocklineradio.com A few short years ago, the sometimes forgotten sounds of Blues-based Rock and Roll began emanating from the working class streets of Northeast Philadelphia. Early in their lives, some young men were profoundly affected by the Blues masters. The slide guitar of Elmore James, the trinity of the three Kings; Freddie, Albert and B.B. and those who turned up the juice and followed in their footsteps, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Jeff Beck and Aerosmith inadvertently help set the course for the group that was to be named Silvertide. Their hugely successful debut single, "Ain't Comin' Home", put them on the map, and put them on the stage, opening for Aerosmith, Van Halen, Velvet Revolver and more. It also caused some of Rock's hierarchy, no less than Eddie Van Halen, Slash and Sammy Hagar, to regale the band with some over the top endorsements. Hit the web at their homepage SilvertideMusic.com and prepare yourself for some new Rock with a familiar tone as Silvertide joins us on the next ROCKLINE.

Bravo! The excitement for this band is the equivalent of the Def Leppard buzz circa 1980. I can't wait to see a live show. What the "F" with the bogus Jan 19th gig in Sparks NV? It was posted once here... Oh well, I'll look for the next go around.
