I saw Brides of Destruction on a Leno re-run the other day and they sounded great. Anyone have or hear the CD? Is it any good?

It's pretty good. I don't like the singer though. I pre-ordered one of the first 500 so mine came autographed. If you're considering something new that just recently came out, I would go with Velvet Revolver or Tesla before BoD.

Tuesday I'm going to pick up the new Scorpions when it comes out and Velvet Revolver. I already have Tesla Into The Now and it Rocks!! After seeing BoD on on Leno I thought maybe the CD would be cool. Maybe I'll get Heart's new one or Honkin' on Bobo or check the used bins for some classic stuff.

Yeah! Honkin' On Bobo is excellent.
Also, don't forget: "Bananas", the latest from Deep Purple. And if your not familiar with -UFO-, then "You Are Here" is downright outstanding. It just came out recently. I recomend it.
Here's my updated shopping list for the week-end of 6/26:
Scorpions "Unbreakable" Velvet Revolver "Contraband" (I dig Scott Wieland's work) Deep Purple "Bananas" Pat Benetar "Greatest Hits" (the cheap one I found) Gemini Five (the one featuring the tunes featured on the Mp3's I heard here) Glucifer (their latest, not sure of the name)
