For the record.... I loved the Motley Crue (John Corabi) album. I also saw them live, and it worked! I was one who did not wish for the return of Vince Neil. Corabi was a very good fit with the other 3 members. I was actually looking forward to more Corabi Crue albums.... Damn good album!

LA GUNS (TRACII VERSION) GETS FEMALE LEAD VOCALIST: From Gibson.com: "Tracii Guns has confirmed that Dilana Robichaux has joined L.A. Guns as the band's new vocalist. The news comes just days after a recent audition as reported by Gibson.com last week. "Dilana is the new singer for L.A. Guns," Tracii confirmed in a statement. "After an incredible amount of scrutiny and mixed opinions the final straw was her audition, where she completely took control of the environment by injecting a type of soul into these old new songs that I have never heard before. After getting responses from the label, my agent and manager - who are all really into a drastic positive change for L.A. Guns and myself - we all feel this is a ballsy and risky change that we all collectively feel good about. I expect there will be some changes in the live setlist and I hope we can get straight into writing mode ASAP and record some fresh rock n' roll, also ASAP." South Africa-born Robichaux was a runner-up on the TV show Rock Star: Supernova, whose winner Lucas Rossi went on to form a band with Motley Crue's Tommy Lee, Gilby Clarke (ex-Guns 'n' Roses) and Jason Newstead (ex-Metallica). She was recently honored by the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles for her work as a spokeswoman for domestic violence foundation Safe Passage.

Apparently these artists are required to believe, just like Jackson's fans believe, that the late freak is completely innocent and harmless, in order to be allowed to participate.
Whatever!
Michael Jackson's fans are not only blind & gullible, but waaayy too sensitive as well.

Michael Jackson Tribute Concert's Big KISS-Off
From: Eonline.com by Marianne Garvey Posted: August 16, 2011
KISS has just been told to beat it from that Michael Jackson tribute concert.
The band's invitation to play the event was rescinded today after Jackson's estate complained about old comments Gene Simmons made about the late King of Pop.
So what did the sharp-tongued singer say that resulted in the uninvitation?
Following Jackson's 2009 death, Simmons proclaimed that there was "no question in my mind he molested those kids. Not a doubt," referring to the numerous allegations leveled at the pop star. Jackson was never convicted of any such crimes, however.
Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for Jackson's estate, sent a letter to the organizers of the Oct. 8 concert in Wales, complaining about the inclusion of KISS. That prompted today's surprise reversal.
"Global Live Events has pulled them from the lineup. We have listened to Michael's fans and are grateful to have been alerted to these unfortunate statements by Gene Simmons," said CEO Chris Hunt.
"Under the circumstances we fully agree that KISS is a band Michael admired we have no choice but to rescind our invitation to them to appear in our tribute concert. we offer our sincerest apologies to Mrs. [Katherine] Jackson and the family for this oversight. Our primary concern must be to do justice to Michael's memory, and to put on a tribute that the family and the fans will find suitable and fit for a King, our King of Pop."
There was no immediate comment from the usually outspoken Simmons.
Among the acts still on the bill: Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo, Leona Lewis and Alien Ant Farm, with more expected to join.

UNIONThe band that featured Bruce Kulick (GFR; ex-Kiss), John Corabi (ex-Motley Crue) and Brent Fitz (Theory of a Dead Man). I have always championed Union's 2 studio albums, "Union" and "The Blue Room". Great songs and great songwriting with sounds combined from 80's and 90's hard rock/metal. Hard, melodic, bluesy, raspy, tight music influenced by the likes of Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple (Hughes/Coverdale), The Beatles, KISS, etc, etc, etc... Not to mention very talented musicians and songwriters!!!

Banging musician's girlfriends comes with inherent risks. 1) STDs that'll scare the shit out of penicillin. 2) Occult & sorcery prompted payback 3) Could be the catalyst to break up the band 4) Strangulation by guitar string 5) The band may form a posse and go after you LMAO!

I noticed NONE of the songs from their 1994 s/t album were available to vote on. That is a great album and it is NOT cool that Motley is just gonna let it be forgotten...

Bon Jovi is full of himself and has sold out to performing on shows like Oprah, Ellen, etc, etc...
Dave Grohl is way cooler than AND has way more musical intrument talent than Bon Jovi!
The Foo's latest album, Wasting Light, is a much needed breath of fresh air!
