How do like Etheridge? My wife has her last hits compilation and there's a lot of good music on it. This new album is quite good, and I'm a bit disappointed I didn't pick it up earlier now. I always liked her, but she seemed to go into a dry spell for a bit and I lost touch with what she was doing, but this one seems to be a bit more focused...too bad radio didn't pick up on it at all. Yeah,...Radio is like that these days? I wonder what'll happen when "we", the listener, stop picking up on them?... Oh wait! I've already done that!...sooo...do they still play music on the radio???... Thanks Kim

Thanks Kim I don't listen to much radio............everytime I turn it on, there is rap on it ;D Only a couple of decent radio stations left here, and they always have talking and ads on it..........I'd rather listen to CD's or my IPOD Last CD, I bought:

Almost everyday at my job there is a different vendor right outside the cafeteria. It’s almost all crap – makeup, ladies shoes, jewelry, etc.. But every other month or so, a CD vendor comes. Yesterday I bought:
Electric Light Orchestra – No Answer (remastered) The Byrds – Turn Turn Turn (remastered) Paul Kantner/Jefferson Starship – Blows Against The Empire (remastered)

Have you listened to it yet? I have it but haven't had the time yet. I've heard a lot of good things about it.

Mindy it is decent. It is better than what I expected. I really do not hear anything that is head and shoulders above the rest. It is worth $11.88 . As always very good guitar work.

I was just in Sam's Club this evening & picked up the new rerelease of Styx 'Caught in the Act' for $9.87. I know it was from their supposedly worst tour(Kilroy) but I seen it on MTV when it first came out & enjoyed it even though it was a bit corny. Besides the concert the DVD has 12 promo videos

Bought MSG's new one 'In The Midst Of Beauty' with Gary Barden back on vocals....really digging the album. Has some classic sounding stuff. and Barden sounds great.
Judas Priest-Nostradamus. I actually am really digging this album the more I listen to it. Has some great arrangements, great guitar playing. Robs vocals sound really good. He is almost operatic at times. Very enjoyable album.
