Overplayed...ohhhh fer sure...that's why they call it a classic. Put it away for 5 years and then haul it out and get into it all over again just for old times sake! You won't be disappointed. Thanks Kim

Ach, for me they will always remain a one song band. This album is pretty much a bunch of average soft rock tunes bundled together with one steller classic. I heard it last month for the first time in several years, and my opinion hadn't changed. Instantly forgettable, except for one song. That's my opinion anyway. Not trying to cause trouble. Just thought I'd share it!

Hey Caljam...yours is a good opinion... it's yours alone and it's from the heart. That's what these quirky little polls are all about. No trouble caused at all. Vote the way you feel...no feelings hurt and no "right or wrong" answers either.
Notice that in my Bat Out Of Hell poll, I indicated for the most part that this album never did "squat" for me on a personal level, and I'm one of the few from the majority that feels that way towards it. Doesn't make it any less a "classic" though and just because I don't "get it", doesn't mean that the rest of the good folks here do.
It's all in fun and interesting to see where people's interests lay in regards to some of the albums mentioned. A good example is with the Cars thread...I never would have thought that the lesser heard tunes would have faired out better than "Just What I Needed"...go figure? WOW...that would have been my pick.
Thanks for taking the time to read the thread and vote Caljam!
Thanks Kim

Didn't want my negative opinions to be construed as an unnecessary way of trying to start arguments on an appreciation thread. I just saw a thread about an album I have the misfortune to own ( ) and decided to comment on it! I left The Cars poll alone, as I don't know jack about them, other than a couple of the famous singles!

Foreplay/Long Time with More Than a Feeling a close second.
I love this album, it brings back memories in abundance!
