Okay kids... This may be a tad on the tricky side...but STOP!...and THINK... Looooooong and hard... Just what song was it that you remember as being the first that you ever recall hearing? I know...it's difficult. Yeah...I know...you may need the assistance of your cerebral cortex at this point...GO FOR IT!!!...c'mon, c'mon, c'mon....you know you have memories!!!!!!!!!! For me...it was Eydie Gorme's "Blame It On The Bossa Nova". The really silly part of this was or is?...is that it's the first memory I have in life??? I recall the song playing...and walking down the hallway in our apartment building...sun shining through the windows...and looking down...realizing that my black and white shoes were "untied"...and also realizing...that I could not for the life of me...tie the fucking things...and continued on to find my mom...who was down the hall...with the rest of the neighbours...listening to...(you guessed it)...the aforementioned tune! ....this was sometime in late 63' or 64'. It's strange...I have the damn thing on my little ole flashplayer...and it sounds pretty darned good... Then of course...how could I forget...behaving myself...having my bath and being allowed to stay up to watch The Beatles on Ed Sullivan in Feb. of 1964!!! That! THAT!!! I will never forget! Any memories folks?...sure would like to hear them....... Thanks Kim

I think rock a bye baby was the first song I remember. Not sure the artist, but my mother covered the song.
